Description

This is a newly constructed house (just finished) and the builder has made the sidewalk very pitched at an extreme angle. I am a disabled neighbor and frequently need to go on the sidewalk, but cannot walk across this section of sidewalk because it is too dangerous. It is not at all accessible for a wheelchair, a person with a cane, a stroller, or anyone with physical difficulty walking. I could not upload my photo.
