Hello, at the lake, directly across from the 300 Lakeside Drive building, a homeless lady has been camping out on the sidewalk for 2 weeks. People have to go around her. All of her belongings including herself, are blocking the public sidewalk. Yesterday she was sleeping near broken glass and lying on a huge pile of her belongings. The lawn across from her was covered with about 30 items of garbage and clothing. Some of her items have poured into the bike lane. A plant has been pulled out of a planter box and used for some of her storage.
