OPW - this is a know problem area. What is the schedule for regular cleanup?
I strongly suggest putting trashcans on the corners. There were some several months ago and the trash seemed to end up in them instead of on the sidewalk. The trashcans were removed and now the trash accumulates on the sidewalks.
