Field is overgrown

My yard was tore up last summer to replace a leaking sewer pipe. Chomanski was the guy/company that did it and was supposed to come out to fix it all in the spring. I've contacted him 2-3 times now and he tells me "I'll be out this week" and every time he doesn't show. So, I'm asking for it to be fixed here. The dogs behind me are crazy and I'm worried they'll get through the fence to my dog because none of it is even remotely close to secure.

Ok, so now this realtor has finally decided to knock down this church. Again he's running a rogue operation with fly by night contractors. Since when do you tear down a building and just surround the area with caution tape? It's an accident waiting to happen. Since he purchased this land its been a PITA to this neighborhood!

The fence that was put up at the end of Anne in the dead end off Roger has been kicked down and vagrants are once again traveling through. This was the "repair" for the brick wall that was hit by a car and destroyed. Can we get this looked at again. It separates the neighborhood from the old Sears shopping center that has been torn down.

17300 Ray ave has a 20/25 foot satellite tower in the corner of the backyard attached to high voltage/ cable wires with bungee cords and not only that, Me and my neighbors have discussed that is an eyesore to look at, the tower is running high power spotlights which point into multiple yards close to his house and illuminate yards at night other than his own. The tower has a cement footing minimum of 3 feet deep directly on the fence line and is grounded through the chain link fence into the neighbors yard which I’m worried is an electrical/fire hazard if lightning ever strikes the tower it could possibly do damage to houses surrounding the tower including including his own. Since all of the work was done at night between the hours of 11pm-3am I am assuming he did not pull permits for this job.

I would like to file a complaint against Waste Management company for violation of the City of Allen Park ordinance section 38.21. This company is and has for years been picking up trash between 4-7 am daily. With the warmer weathering coming and the windows open this is very annoying. The business the collection takes place is ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehab., 9150 Allen Rd.

Sec. 38-21. - Hours of collection.

(a)Residential collection. No collection of residential and multiple dwelling residential solid waste, recyclables and yard waste shall be performed between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

(b)Commercial and industrial waste. No collection of commercial and industrial solid waste, recyclables or yard waste shall be performed between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

When will the city fix or remove the broken play equipment at Champaign park. It has been tapped off for weeks. Also the piles of mulch have been left in heaps on the play area. Yellow tape on metal poles lay on the ground. We can do better than this. Very unsafe
