Canal on North Lancaster Road between Pickwick and Chatsworth (extending around to Winchester Dr) needs to be cleaned. Requested work a year ago but nothing has been done.

Sloppy canal side mowing in my neighborhood demonstrates a lack of concern for the appearance. If this represents your best effort, it is a sad commentary. You should be ashamed. Additionally, the frequency is not adequate. This is an urban environment, not an isolated area in the boondocks.

A tree along the canal has fallen into our neighbors yard taking out the cable line. Comcast says they cannot repair the line until the tree is removed.

Betz Creek canal drainage

The canal that runs along the railroad track and behind our fence line is full of household items, trash, etc and is in need of cleanup due to possible health hazard.

This was reported a couple of months ago. It is getting very difficult to see on coming traffic as we back out of our driveway.

Storm drainage canal full of fallen trees and vegetation, snakes, and mosquitos.

Continued loss of land by erosion caused by canal drainage problems, road crew sandbagging road side of ditch further exacerbating eroding problems of homeowners.
I have filed numerous requests starting over 2 years ago and have had NO action.on this issue .

It has been since January that someone has mowed the grass near the canal behind our fence. It is now over 3 feet high in some areas. Please have someone attend to this immediately as we are starting to see snakes in our backyard.
