Just checking to see if there is a code violation of signage from a food truck located in the parking lot near 65th and Quivira. This food truck has a "flashing" digital sign on the truck. This sign is somewhat annoying to this homeowner, who can view it from our windows. I have not noticed many flashing signs like this in Shawnee.

Petsuites is too loud and this business should not have been built where it is. It is a nuisance to the neighborhood next door and should not have been built in a residential area. I can hear the dogs barking from inside my home before 7 am every morning.

All visible from the street, we walk by often. The rear/ side deck stairs and railing have fallen off. The front has wood rot, front and side have a lot of overgrown, unmaintained vegetation including volunteer trees.
