dead deer needs to be picked up

We have a resident who lets there dog run free without a leash, many times unattended at all. When the owner is present she does nothing to control her dog at all. It is a small white poodle. Today the dog actually followed me home and the owner was no where to be seen. I have reported this to office management before but no actions have been taken. The dog has never attacked me or my dog, but to have a dog run across a parking lot and follow you home is a bit unsettling. And I have concerns for this small dog being hit by a car. I believe the resident lives in Apartment 222 or 223 in Shawnee Station apartment complex.

2 dead deer on exit from K7 northbound onto Shawnee mission parkway eastbound. 1 deer on right shoulder, the other in ditch on left hand side

Here we go again at 11914 West 49th place Wednesday night church at this house it's a rental house multiple request to have this shutdown this used to be a quiet neighborhood what a nuisance
