    I saw the person from this car in front of me throw paper napkins and a straw paper out of his or her window. I took the picture later on when we were stopped at a different light. The location of the littering was in the turn lane for the 580, a left turn from Drew street at the light. This person was also driving recklessly, changing lanes without a signal when someone was taking a right in front of him.

    This person's sprinklers are always on in the middle of the day from 12pm-5pm. There is always pedestrians having to run through their water or having to cross the streets because of their water being on. They should at least be considerate of the pedestrians and adjust their sprinklers to a different direction

    Neighbor constantly waters their garden with their sprinklers on peak times (9am-5pm)They put their sprinklers on at least 4 times a day at random times and for more than one hour. Their sprinkler water time is set at a time that interrupts kids and pedestrians walking on sidewalk forcing them to get wet or to cross the street illegally and their sprinkler water also reaches to the right car lane watering all the oncoming cars, especially during rush hour (4-5pm). They should fix their sprinkler distance to not hit the sidewalks and oncoming cars or just adjust their sprinklers to a time that people and cars do not pass throug such as 9pm-5am.
