ILLEGAL dumping has occurred into the private pond/lake behind our house. There are 14 properties along 7th ST SE each of which owns the property under the pond/lake and 10 foot up the other side of the pond/lake. This pond/lake is private property and the owners pay for lake treatment each month. Until late last week, the lake was clear of harmful plants i.e. water lettuce and junk.
Late Last week someone dumped a huge amount of harmful plants and other junk into our pond/lake covering a large amount of its surface area. The dumped material flowed into the lake from the north where the City of Largo owns the property and a power company owns. The people and entity that did this need to be accountable to clean up this pollution and mess they have created. They are Harming the rights of the residents who own the pond/lake. As the bottom of the lake accumulates more sludge from killing off these plants, its depth decreases and increases the danger of flooding our homes. We are already in a flood hazard area.

Melrose on the Bay residents put their trash bags on top of their car and exit the apartment , swerve a little and the bag fall off the cars onto Whitney Rd. This bag has fake hair in it.

There is so much trash hidden in a small trail that veers left at the end of the paved Pinellas Trail. It has grown in size since my last visit. Please help clean this up as it is a dangerous situation with health and safety concerns due to trash going I to the Anclote River.

Hoarder junk outside of their house. They have not been made to clean it up. It’s been reported numberous times by other neighbors to the city and nothing has been done.

Neighbor’s washing machine drain failed. Instead of calling a plumber to repair the line, there solution was an extra long drain line into the side yard. Resulting in washing machine waste water flooding their side yard and mine. This waste water reeks and has started to permeate into the neighborhood and my residence.

Sewage has been draining in sewer drain from apts for over 3 days was reported buy multiple tenants that reside here. This is in the corner of building 7 and 8 of the parking lot. It is draining to the private pond This has been reported to the county before and they came out . I have made multiple calls to local agencies and still no resolution and no one knows what to do. They refer me to different telephone numbers of county and they say sorry can't help. This has been happening for over a year and they are in need of a new sewer system and don't want to fix it. They call a plumber out to work on it when it overflows then don't fix it. Then it is doing this again in about 2 months This is a health concern to the tenants the sewer is being put on the road cars drive thru it and walk thru . This is a health hazard and Pinellas county
Needs to care about the health of humans as well as the wildlife It gets bad the fish do die in the pond and gasp for air The pond has become a sewer pond and and all the waste water from the sewer drains go in the pond it is polluting the pond and ground. I don't know what else to do than to call a local news company bay news 9 that Pinellas county is not listening or cares ..

Resident states debris has been illegally dumped near the end of Snug Harbor Road NE and has remained for several weeks (slightly south of Viking Boat Works, approximate address 10121 Snug Harbor Rd NE)
