Traffic Signal IssueAcknowledged800-860 E Phillips Ave Littleton, CO, 80122, USA - LittletonI'd like to request a pedestrian activated crosswalk across E Phillips Ave at S Pennsylvania St. Powell Middle School is located about 1,000 feet north of this intersection and many children cross E Phillips Ave to get to/from school. There is also a school bus that stops along E Phillips Ave not far from this intersection, I believe for Heritage High School, and again many children cross E Phillips Ave to get to/from the school bus. The speed limit on E Phillips Ave is 30 mph, so the automobile traffic is moving reasonably fast. Also, the sun is blinding for drivers in the morning and afternoon for most of the school year when facing all directions (east and west on E Phillips Ave and facing south when on S Pennsylvania St). The lack of a pedestrian activated crosswalk forces the children to fend for themselves and run across E Phillips Ave with automobiles moving at 30 mph or faster, often with blinding sunshine. The children are often dangerously hard to spot. I’d love to see a safer crossing at this intersection and a pedestrian activated crosswalk seems to be the perfect solution. -

During the AM and PM rush (specifically around 7:45 AM and 5:15 PM) the amount of congestion on Santa Fe compared to any queue on the cross streets seems a bit much. I totally understand balancing the phasing and timing for all movements, but, Santa Fe seems to be getting punished. -
Traffic Signal IssueAcknowledged39.58377 -104.98846 - LittletonThe traffic signal at Broadway and Fremont Ave needs to give a green arrow for turning left onto Fremont Ave from northbound Broadway Even when sitting through a whole light cycle in the left turn lane you still only get a blinking yellow arrow and during the morning or other peak times it makes turning left there very difficult sometimes having to sit through multiple light cycles and traffic backing up in the turn lane impeding the through traffic lanes. -

Traffic SignsOpen5994 S Prince St Littleton, CO, 80120, USA - LittletonCan an addition be made to the pedestrian crossing signs at Prince and the Community Trail indicating the crossing is for both pedestrians and cyclists? I am a volunteer with Cycling Without Age CWAL and their Trishaws. In the last 3 days, while piloting a Trishaw and riding my own bike people did not stop for me in the crosswalk. Cars DO NOT" see or yield to pedestrians or bicyclists. More signage or lighting needs to be added. I walk this intersection daily and am ignored or not seen by cars constantly. Someone is going to get run over if it hasn't happened already.

Traffic SignsOpen1393 W Peakview Ave Littleton, CO, 80120, USA - LittletonWith the new Little Raven Elementary, drop off and pick ups are routed through Datura and Cedar. There is no traffic control or posted school speed limit zones on these streets. Many children are walking on these streets, and often vehicles are moving quite past the the speed limits trying to drop kids off on time. There needs to be posted cross walks at Datura and Peakview, posted school speed limit signs, or other methods to control the speeding. We have had many near misses on this street and it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Please address this problem.
