    on the intersection of 7th and Charleston, my son was riding his bike. the road condition is not good. there is a raised area with a large crack. my son hit that on his bike which caused him to slide and crash into the curb resulting in an emergency room visit on Sunday, June 12 and he has a broken collarbone. this has reduced his working income until it heals as he has a physical job
