    Food truck operating out of residential neighborhood every Saturday, including signage placed around the neighborhood and on nearby major streets, to pull-in outside traffic A previous report was closed with the comments that the City Council now allows food trucks to operate in neighborhoods, but I believe that was a simplistic interpretation of that Council decision This is not a matter of a food truck that has been invited into the neighborhood by a vote of the neighborhood HOA as part of a community holiday party, or for a one-time event like a graduation party That would be understandable Rather, this is a commercial business operating out of the owners' driveway every weekend, against the desire of their neighbors Please do not close this case without referring it to the City Attorney for a more nuanced interpretation If this is indeed allowed to occur weekly, to the detriment of the business owners' neighbors, what is the point of zoning laws at all?

    Continued water erosion issues whenever there is a moderate rain. Most recent rains washed debris down 93 into storm runoff. Enough flow to wash two traffic cones with the debris and are in front of the storm drains currently. The street is littered with large rocks, sand, mud with no attempt to clean up. I have had my sprinklers gummed with silt, my windows wells flooded with all the water running into my property- which flooded my basement. How many complaints and warnings does it take?

Teenagers trespassing into building and climbing on roof June 30th, police report called in. Unacceptable follow through and inaction by City officials. This would not be allowed in mayor's or other City official's neighborhood.

    1923 B Street is about to become essentially another group home in the near south neighborhood. This area already has several of these homes.one at the end of my block, and another about a block and a half west of me. The one by me all did not meet the code of distance between group homes, and now there is another about to open at 1923 B street. It was my understanding that zoning in this area prohibited the numbers of Oxford homes in such close proximity to each other we are seeing. Please look into this. We already struggle with enough parking in the area. With the 11 beds that are to be in the newest location, that can only make the problem worse. ..

    This house has boarded up windows, which does not meet construction codes. They have been boarded up since last January. There are folks living inside, and there is no posted construction permit. Boarded windows do not meet code and are a significant fire hazard. The windows boarded on this house are in the alley on the west side and on the north side of the house. They are boarded with particle board.
