    Phi Signa Kappa house does not seem to have its street address number plainly visible facing the street, as per city code on numbering buildings. I'm not trying to harass the owner, but went to report a sidewalk issue and didn't see any house number.

    This service hole is at the corner of Hikone and Packard, near the bus shelter, very close to the sidewalk. The hole in the earth next to the cover goes down about about a foot. Hazardous to pedestrians, bikers and people using mobility devices. The Eisenhower Center is very near to this.
