    There is a very bright light on the apartment building at the end of Charlton Street (old west side) 1405 Charlton street. I had to get the address from Google earth as I’m injured, and house bound.
    The big halide light is on all night and shines into my living room & bedroom. In the summer the leaves block it but I'm not so lucky in the winter. I'm halfway down Fair street (2120) and it still shines into my house. I believe it is intended to light the parking area.
