City of Winona PLUS

There are several poles along West Lake Blvd that have no signs and apparently are unused. Could you please have them removed? They are an eye sore and potentially dangerous as some are short and most are rusty. Thanks.

Thank you for removing the unneeded poles on the West side of the lake. There are still a couple on the East side of the lake that could be removed. The picture attached shows one of them. I understand that two poles must remain for the "Thin Ice" signs but there are still ones that never have signs mounted on them. Please remove them. Thanks.

There are no lane stripes on Lake Blvd going west from Huff. This stretch of road is really dark and does curve. Without lane markings it is really hard to navigate in the rain at night. It would be helpful to have center line markings are well as edge of road way markings.

Hi. I am reporting this issue on behalf of a group of surrounding neighbors in Knopp Valley on Pleasant Hill Drive. At 391 Pleasant Hill Drive in the front yard, the owner has placed the front of a car in his front yard. We believe this is meant to be decoration but all of us agree that it is very unsightly and not wanted in the neighborhood as it looks very junky. We would greatly appreciate it if the City would address with the owner in hopes that it can be removed from the lawn and no longer be an eyesore. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our neighborhood clean and nice.

The stoplight on the side closest to Kwik Trip is falling apart - the "canopies" on each light are missing and the back part looks like it's just hanging there. Due to the location, I'm unable to get a photo. It needs to be fixed - and if it's going to be replaced, it would be nice to get all new stoplights and or have the posts painted as they are VERY RUSTY and faded.

Graffiti was posted on the rear corner of the PMC and Choate buildings facing the city parking. Discovered June 18 2015. It was not present as of 9pm the evening before.

On Sarnia street heading from East Lake Apartments towards WSU there is a piece of sidewalk in front of house number 60 that was taken out a month ago and was never replaced with new concrete. This hole is a tripping hazard and annoying to walk around.

City tree is dying. Barks and limbs are in bad shape. Looks like wood peckers been busy destroying the bark of the trees. Tree limbs been slowly falling off the tree. I'm concern tree may fall on my property.
