    Fraud/Identity Theft. Today, October 14th, my 90 year old Mother received a call from 833-455-1201 around 4:10 pm. The caller said they were the Social Security Administration and wanted my Mother’s SS number without any other explanation. They were disconnected so I called the number back. The recording at the beginning of the call didn’t say anything about being the SS Administration office. Both people that I spoke to had thick accents. When I asked them where they were from they said that I was racist and hung up. I called the SS Administration. Their answering machine stated it was the SS Office and they close at 4:00 M-F.     second report of same ongoing issue 8 months apart: See 3604807 from August 2017 which has not been fixed yet. recd call from Traffic safety officer in August 2017 saying issue would be repaired when parts arrived: Traffic control light at the intersection of City View Rd and Southwick Rd is stopping traffic on Southwick Rd when there is no car approaching intersection from City View Rd.
    It used to be an "on demand" red light for Southwick Rd when a car approached on City View Rd.
