    This is on the corner of Highland ave and Ashford Ln. Highland ave has become a dumpster for Rhode Islanders coming in and out of Attleboro and actions need to be taken to limited the amount of trash being thrown out of car windows. The road is disgusting.

    Something is rotting in this box. Could possibly be an animal carcass. It smells so terrible. flies around it too. You can see what looks like a microwave, a pair of shorts and mixed trash inside on top. It smelled to bad too really look at it.

    The police need to start examining all trash bags/boxes in this area for things like mail or invoices with addresses on them, and send out fines to what ever address they can find within the trash.

    This has been an area where illegal dumping happens on the regular for years. We need some kind of city camera surveillance in this area.

    The police also need to investigate if its the employees at Schnitzer Steel participating in the dumping. As most of the cars in that little parkinglot are pickup trucks that could large haul trash.

    More dumping in the middle of the road. How many complaints does the city need about this area to start putting up no dumping signs/cameras or at least find a way to monitor it? This area is neglected by the city. Its like no one cares, and the dumpers know it and will continue.
