    More dumping in the middle of the road. How many complaints does the city need about this area to start putting up no dumping signs/cameras or at least find a way to monitor it? This area is neglected by the city. Its like no one cares, and the dumpers know it and will continue.

  • Balfour Riverwalk Park - Attleboro
    My husband and I took our 1 year old to Lloyd Balfour Riverwalk Park today and while walking up there were two young teens smoking marijuana on the wheel chair ramp. We used that ramp because we had a stroller for my son. I honestly don't mind because I understand that it's recreational and when they saw us they respectfully moved out the way, however, I still feel that it's inappropriate when it should be a safe place for kids to play. The worst part is when we were playing on the grass in between the rock wall and the playground (near the ramp), my son reached for what I believe to be syringe. It was blue and not too difficult to see. Luckily I saw him reach him for it and was able to stop him from grabbing it. I had my husband look at it to confirm that it was a syringe and he agreed. I am very concerned as this should be a safe place for kids to play. I wanted to make a complaint to make sure that it is disposed of properly and no other families have to go through this.

    Homeless encampment between CVS and Woodlawn cemetery. All sorts of debris noted. Man seen this am urinating in public. Mattress, chairs, “bedding “ clearly observed. This mess has been there since last spring. Drug deals observed in cemetery. This is a clear and present danger to anyone walking through the cemetery or leaving job @ CVS .
