patio covered in dogfaces, odor, dog barking continuously all day long

tall grass and weedsin front of and behind bussiness on northridge crossing drive. alsowater leak coming from same area. dont even feel comfortable walking down sidewalk bwhimd buainess as trash, debris, tires and tall weeds make it dirty and unkept

This man not only continues drilling but now he’s brought a loud truck up here @12:23 & is drilling at the same time. On a Tuesday night. You’re telling me this is completely legal on residential property????At this time??? No construction all day- but let 10pm hit😡

Red jeep Cherokee has not moved in 6+ months parked on public street in Dunwoody townhomes.

They have had the loudest drilling going on since 10pm Monday night. I’ve reported and nothing has came from it. It is currently 3:24 and drilling is yet to stop. No way construction is legal at this timee. I am almost in tears

Grass is approaching 2 feet tall and some spots

There been construction materials sitting for over a year. The silt fence is slipping , their numerous cars have overtaken the streets daily and are never moved.

Cutting trees at will without permits. Total disregard for our canopy. Cutting hardwoods

Unsafe conditions.
Unlocked maintenance utility rooms.
HVAC repairs/ cleanings needed due to mold
Sunken in flooring.
Unqualified Maintnence that allows issues to go on without repair or restoration.
Building sinking.

This is an ongoing problem. The city of Sandy springs owns this island just before the Grogan’s bluff entrance and to the right hand side. Horribly landscaped and never maintained. We need this cleaned up. Additionally, trash and garbage from the work crews was left behind and never cleaned up.
