    I submitted a maintenance request for this light switch to be repaired on 12/21/22. No one has been here to address it. I would fix it myself but, 1) I don’t want to get electrocuted, 2) I don’t want to break it and then be charged for it 3) it’s not my job. I can’t get anything fixed in my home without a code enforcement complaint.

    This property has been empty with boarded up windows for about a year. Someone reported the eyesore in January and the yard was cleaned up, but it has not been touched since and the weeds are awful again. Not only is it ugly,but those untended weeds are blowing into the surrounding properties. Home owners have a responsibility to maintain their property and it adversely impact the neighborhood. Please insure the yard is cleared of the overgrowth. I am also concerned about an empty, boarded up house attracting vagrants and vermin. The house is not inhabitable—shouldn’t it have to be torn down or refurbished in a reasonable timeframe? It is on the main thoroughfare to City Springs. Not a good look for our city. Thank you for your attention to this ongoing issue.

    The below vehicles are classified as Junk/Abandoned vehicles under city ordinance based on reasons cited below. They are currently parked at 6125 Roswell Road in the Resident parking garage (The gate is open off of Boylston Drive to access). Both vehicles have been sitting for over a year and have no current registration or insurance and the apartment complex has been unsuccessful in having them removed. Per ordinance these are non-complaint even on private property.
