    The mosquitos have infested the Windsor Center River Trail due to flooding. Due to this all grass and/or water are infested as well including the pond at the Windsor Station apartments. The Windsor Art Center is also affected by this mosquito Infestation. It is impossible to even take my dog out to use the bathroom. I have not seen any mosquito spraying this season. How can mosquito borne illnesses be prevented if our entire town is infested?

    Big-rig trucks are reversing (with beeping), honking horns, idling, revving engines at almost midnight and later (11:50pm tonight) regularly. Voices are also yelling Headlights sine through the trees into the residential neighborhood Doesn't this violate the noise ordinance?

    Property is being used for car repair/detailing . As soon as one is complete, another takes its place. constsnt Foot traffic. This has been going on since before the summer. There's also has a disabled Honda parked on lawn.

    Daily leaf/yard debris burning, the smoke billows and goes into my house and other elderly living close by as well as young children with breathing issues, asthma. My family member is on oxygen and has emphysema and COPD, cardiac complications. The smoke goes toward Mountain constantly because usually the wind is coming from the west. At times my Carbon Monoxide detector goes off.

    Leaf smoke contains 7 hydrocarbons known to cause cancer and 85% of the hydrocarbons given off by leaf smoke are small enough to reach the deepest part of the lungs and eventually absorbed by the bloodstream. In addition to the mold spores being distributed within plumes of burned leaf smoke.

    11:15pm Trucks coming and going from the lot-can feel and hear it in our home. Lot also continues to fill up with so many trucks it’s looking like a truck dealership. Getting out of hand.

    Driving home tonight on stone, getting ready to go straight onto birchwood, 3 cars all completely blew the stop sign. Almost hit the last one, slammed on my brakes and almost lost control of my truck because I hit the brakes so hard. When will the police finally sit and patrol this area of town? Does someone have to get into a fatal or serious accident for something to happen here? There has to be a resolution to this before someone gets killed.

    Tractor Trailers are coming into the Amazon Same Day delivery facility in the evening on SUNDAYS. Air brakes, backup warning sounds are at a much higher level than what the town agreed on. There have also been employees walking around the backside of the facility where they pickup their merchandise and wandering onto private property at late hours of the night. This was not agreed upon by the town and restrictions were put into place for specific times and numbers of deliveries from tractor trailers. Please review the agreement and adhere to what was agreed upon originally.
