Trees branches are hanging low ont he corner of NW 19th Ave & 32 St.. Trees in front of this address is covering blinking lights for school zone address: 1921 NW 32 St. Schools Zone Signs are out dated time doesn't concise with others schools signs(School Hours). Palm trees covering Stop sign on the corner of 19 Ave coming South on 32nd St. Maya Angelou Elementary is a traffic high risk for the School Crossing Guard as is for the students. NW 18th Ave & 32 St. also has issues with trees branches. Branches break and falls with high winds.

On Flagler between SW 37th and 27th Street, Street lights are out. Very hard to see at night with man trees as well.

There was recently some construction on SW 11th Street adjacent to Southside Park. The asphalt has been deteriorating ever since. Tonight, a pot hole opened up the street. I believe that a larger sink hole is forming around the pot hole. At least one vehicle has been damaged thus far.
