    Not sure whose responsible in this situation, but the tree in question is planted on the 41 Montvale lot leased by a bunch of medical businesses, but not only overhangs sidewalk/ street but is routinely dropping bark and various size branches after almost every major storm. This tree is thoroughly dead and needs serious attention to avoid a major fall at some point in the coming months...
