    For a long time the parking lot on Walsh rd has been used as a meeting spot for people making exchanges. In particular a red Toyota Tercel and a red Toyota rav 4 meet frequently and with others to make exchanges. The same people and others have used this lot to publicly smoke weed as well. Tercel or rav 4 will sit here until someone else arrives, make an exchange then both will leave usually late afternoon but they have come at all hours as it must be considered a safe spot to do what they are doing.

    Speeding on Edgell Rd from Nobscot to the Sudbury line is out of control. Not only are cars doing 50mph on Edgell Rd, the trucks are passing through here think its another Rte 9. All the trash trucks going to the transfer station in Marlboro and Hudson fly through here. Not excluding Framingham Town trucks who are some of the biggest offenders. Dump trucks and trailer dumps going back and for to Cavvechio's in Sudbury also including there trucks who get ridiculous in the summer months. Bengal trucking is also a big offender. Everyone knows that nothing is ever, or rarely done about speeding on Edgell Rd. The town and the police just don't care because it would be to much work. Beside, they are always to busy coddling downtown Framingham. Cruises are always sitting,(sleeping?) in Nobscot Plaza or; the bank or the empty bank when they could at least sit on Gibson or apple dor to slow people down. But again, that would be to much work and take away from there down time.

    There is a motorcycle that speeds down Hastings Street almost every night between 11pm and 4am. It goes so incredibly fast that I hold my breath, waiting for a crash. I am extremely concerned that this motorcycle will get out of control and crash into a house or tree.

    Lifetime Fitness continues to leave their external speakers on.

    I've called over there twice tonight and each time have been told they're working on it. That was an hour ago.

    Two weeks ago, they left the speakers on all night. Enough is enough.

    They are a business embedded in a neighborhood. They need to follow noise ordinances. The town needs to do something as the club clearly hasn't responded to requests from neighbors.

    People keep drag racing around Grant St and on Concord. This has been happening repeatedly in a day, multiple days a week. At 3:00 AM, cars and motorcycles can be heard speeding down the road, along which are multiple stop signs that are being ignored. There are few cops patrolling the area during the day, let alone the night.

    Pit bull owned by 62 Whitney ave was wondering the neighborhood today. Our dog walker refused to get out of the car today because of it.

    Needless to say we paid dog walker to not walk the dog today.

    Owners of this dog have been warned dozens of times by animal control. It’s time to fine them or take away their beast.

    Drug activity has been taking place at 15 Clark Street.
    Everyday people park and buy drugs. It could not be cannabis , why would people arrive every day between 11 am - 5pm. Many people know of this and nobody does a thing about it.

    As soon as my last notice remained open, the two suspicious car came back with the third car to deal with some business on the street.

    There is the third black car photographed in the left corner of this picture.

    I also videotaped the partical event to have an evidence for a suspicious activity.

    For example, the guy kept changing the lincese plate of the silver Corolla and so on.

    Nobody's car was breaking down as I showed up at the front with my cell phone, they all left.

    On my daily commute to work I've noticed on the past few days this towing company dangerously using the street as their personal parking spot and to load and unload unregistered vehicles. It's an accident waiting to happen as Blandin Ave is a high vehicle traffic area. I'm sure they can do their business inside their building complex.

    This is the 12th complaint about the black Ford pickup truck (MA 2XVD61) driven by a resident of 47 Prior Dr. that has been logged on this site between 12/14/20 and today. Six of those complaints have been within the past week. I’m wondering just how many complaints it will take before the City does something about the wanton disregard the residents at this address have for the safety and wellbeing of the neighborhood? This issue has been ongoing for months. It is bad enough when it occurs during the day disrupting kids attending remote school or those of us working from home. It is annoying when it occurs during the evening hours. But it has become INTOLERABLE over the past few weeks. We are all exhausted from the sleep we are losing after being woken up between 3:30-5:00AM several days per week by the driver of this pickup truck revving the engine as he starts the truck and then again as he races down the street and out of the neighborhood. Whether it is an issue with the muffler or a modification, the noise is excessive and cannot possibly be in compliance with the City noise ordinance let alone within state inspection standards. What purpose does a noise ordinance serve if it is not enforced? There is the also the safety issue due to the high rate of speed at which the driver travels through our residential neighborhood and the surrounding area (Central St., A St.). When will this issue be addressed? The most recent complaints are still in Open status. When will they at least be Acknowledged and assigned for follow up?

    There is a four story parking garage in the Dennison triangle complex. Across the street from Jack’s Abby. this summer has pushed many homeless people and prostitutes into the parking garage to live and conduct business. Also groups of 6 to 10 younger teenagers like to hang out inside the parking garage as well, sitting on top of the walls/ledges. It is making the residence very uneasy about using the parking garage when it is dark.There are a lot of children and elderly that live in this building. What can be done about paroling the area?
