    Hi,
    I sold my condo at 1705 Windsor Drive in Framingham in May 2021. I received a City of Framingham 3rd quarter tax bill addressed to “Juliana Marcus c/o Howard Adam Landau” at that address, which was forwarded to my new address. I assume this tax bill was meant for the new owner Howard Landau, who closed on the condo in May 2021. Please confirm that I can ignore this bill or provide further direction. Thank you!
