today at the manor park in the morning I was able to find Corona Seltzer alcohol container by thr vandalized sanitizer station, along with the usual garbage left over after basketball playing.

alcohol is consumed there in public and we dont know if that's even done by minors.

can this also be referred to the Kearny PD?

and I had to clean this all up with my wife.

it's a daily occurrance and it's not just me cleaning things there but a lot of neighbors.

a lot of these basketball players are out of towners and they are taking advantage of our town's park and messing it up on top of it.

Person renting the store front is living in the back of the store with her kids with no proper bathing facilities.. the renter also made a area where she can cook also with no permit, she also has a pitbull caged with dog feces and urine everywhere she beats the animal anyone can hear the poor thing screaming in pain from the beating it takes. The ower of the property knows this person is living out of the store yet she doesn't care as long as the rent is paid. The store front is disgustingly dirty smells badly on weekend they can be heard partying with loud music drinking and doing drugs. Kids be all the very outside in the streets this is be going on for over two years. It has been reported yet there is a girl that works in the health department that works with the inspector named Nelly and this lady tells the inspector " go easy on her and not check the back room or back of the store" kids have been seen walking to the bathroom late at night cause the store front is glass and you can see everything since it was reported that the kids were seen at night the renter has now tried to cover the glass so you can not see in. This is abuse to the kids and to the property how can one live that way with a child....

198 Hoyt Street, Kearny, NJ. The attic and basement are illegal apartments. Currently, as of today September 23, 2019, the attic is currently occupied by 2 adults and 1 child. The basement is currently occupied by the landlord's parents. As per the town, the house is registered as a two family house since 2002.

I made a complaint about a shed being built without a permit. Not sure anything was done but now it seems someone is "living" in the shed. There is always different people coming and going from that house as I do believe rooms are being rented but there has been a man coming and going from the shed at all hours. Over the last week there has been a small group of men sitting out front and drinking during the day.
