526 Davis Ave. Kearny 07032 United States - KearnyThe neighbors setup another pool, while doing so they pushed the 15 ft. Sunflower trees on to our 1 week old new fence, now we have sap running down and ruining our new fence.
They need to pull them back onto their property maybe reinforcing them to grow their way and off our new fence. -

28 Rutland Ave Kearny, NJ, 07032, USA - KearnyDuring a pandemic, when parking spots are hard to come by. This home owner has decided to place building materials on the street without a permit. He consistently does work without a permit and is incredibly nasty to the folks in the area. This guy thinks hes untouchable in the area even after various complaints, ranging from disturbing the peace to throwing garbage cans across the street have been reported and still nothing has been done.....

CurbsAcknowledged312 Devon Street Kearny, New Jersey - KearnyThis last summer the town of kearny repaired the curbs and sidewalks at the corners of Devon and Garfield. As part of the work the corner curbs were lowered. While I'm appreciative of the new corners and curbs, the lowering of the corner curbs for accessibility has caused a problem. The southeast corner of devon and garfield has no storm drain. As a result storm run off and melting snow comes down Devon street, towards the intersection, wraps around the corner and proceeds down garfield avenue. Now that the curb has been lowered the water comes up onto the sidewalk and proceeds down the sidewalk on garfield, instead of the gutter. Furthermore, water from the southwest corner comes from across the street towards the sourtheast corner adding additional volume to the run off. Now that its winter this run off is freezing, creating a sheet of ice from the ramp that runs down the sidewalk on garfield. This situation is creating a safety issue as while as a liability for me as a home owner. I would like the town of kearny to address the situation either by returning the curb to its original heigh or installing a proper storm drain on southeast side of the street to stop the run off.
