    Hello- I live at 1424 Forest Dr. Someone opened a fire hydrant open opposite our home and it is draining into the sewer between my property and my neighbors as it should. The issue is that the sewer itself seems to be clogged and has routed itself into my lawn. Please stop by as soon as possible if you want to see it in action.     A large tree recently fell in the City drainage easement. The stump/root ball is blocking the storm drain ditch leading to the creek. This is causing the water to dam and back up during heavy rainfall.

    Stormwater flows from street starting just past driveway for 1851 Cedar Cliff Dr. SE down the hill through my front yard and over to the bottom of my driveway where there's a drain to a dry creek bed. I have to remove all of the topsoil from my front yard that blocks the drain after every heavy rainfall.
