    I picked up a friend who lives on Love St yesterday and noticed at the intersection of Reed St and Church St a blocked view of turning either right or left because of a rod iron fence at the street side of the sidewalk. This is terrible and very unsafe. Who is responsible for this?

    The sewer access behind the playground at SLL was open yesterday. The cover had been moved and my 3 year old found it and alerted me. I covered it back up, though not that difficult to move the cover. Perhaps there could be another way to secure the manhole so kids can’t move it?
