Disgusting environment. Items by creek! Made several complaints in person to Community Development officers with no solution or action. Extreme clutter in driveway.

Sidewalk sign missing. This is not a Street, should be for pedestrian use only. Sign has been missing from hole in ground for a few months. Please replace! I see people drive through here constantly!

The wall and hill is collapsed its very dangerous and the building is cracking in the garage hill is sliding away

Vacant lot was previously a gas station. Three issues: 1) Old gas station pole sign remains and is being used as a "For Sale" property sign...looks tacky and gas station is gone...sign should be gone as well; 2) The empty lot is a gravel mess. They sell fireworks here in the summer. It is an embarrassing, ugly empty lot in bad condition; 3) Trucks are parked here. Is that allowed to have semi cabs parked here? Overall, this looks like a hot mess at a major St. Charles intersection at First Capitol and I-70/Veterans Memorial Parkway. Property owner needs to clean it up. Double check the address. Community Development, please address this.

trailer with construction debris has been parked in driveway for a long time at least 4 weeks.

my neighbor has a mustang that has a very loud muffler. it is so loud that it shakes the walls of my house and the pictures on my walls also shake. When the TV is on I can't hear it until he leaves his driveway.

Damaged SBC concrete box

Chipped paint all along the back of Country Club Plaza in the City of St. Charles off of First Capitol and Friedens Road. The chipped paint is visible from the street behind Jimmy Johns and Dollar General. Also, the asphalt parking lot at this whole shopping center is crumbling and cracked throughout. There are places in the corner of the lot that are like GRAVEL. There should be a code for maintaining asphalt parking lots. So many commercial parking lots are in poor, poor condition in St. Charles. This shopping center needs a fresh coat of paint all along the back and new asphalt overlay.

Curbs on Friedens Road are crumbling and concrete falls in the street. This is a safety issue and dangerous. The curb area between St. Charles Drive and First Capitol needs to be reviewed and repaired. The curb near the Country Club Plaza entrance looks like a truck hit it. It has been this way for years. Embarrassing! The City needs to get Friedens Road fixed. It is a high-traffic road in poor condition. Should be a top priority.

The signs at this property for a closed auto repair business are in disrepair, no longer valid, and look terrible. I believe they should be removed to improve the looks of the neighborhood.

We were once told no recreation type vehicles in front of house.
