    A dip in the northbound lane just after the North Kitsap Heritage Park access point is getting quite severe. There is another dip just after it, in the northern direction as well, but it is not quite as severe. This section of the road needs repair due to ground subsidence.

    The driveway close to this location has consistently leaked water onto the very busy travelled Miller Bay for years During the winter it freezes and is a hazard to drivers Is there someone that can fix this issue or can the homeowner be notified to direct the water into the ditch?

    I’d think this picture says it all. This tree is very close to the road, within the County easement, out towards White Horse golf course on the edge of 35 mph South Kingston Rd. It’s on the outside of a bend, and the trajectory for a car driven too fast winds up here. I’ve seen cars leave the roadway on both sides of this tree, and also a roll-over nearby within the last year.

    We need a Turn Arrow/sign at this location, and neighboring 4-5 trees removed, or perhaps a guard rail, but the road is already narrow at the location. The Traffic Analysis for nearby Arborwood indicates an additional 7300 trips per day in the near future, so I’d imagine the trees at this location should be a scheduled for removal.
