    The traffic signal displays red and green lights at the same time for a second or two- I've seen this twice now. Stand south of the light (with safeway on your left side) and look north towards the light to see the ones malfunctioning. For safety please verify it's not malfunctioning in general / not going to get worse, if possible thanks!

    There is no traffic sign (e.g., yield or stop sign) at the intersection of Siler Pl. with Alvarado Rd. Drivers on Siler Pl. have absolutely no instruction as to whether they are to yield or stop, or if they have the right of way.

    There is an urgent need for a three way traffic signal on Orral ave that leads onto 73rd ave. there have been two car collision with the past three months in front if my house bacause of the blind spot that lead onto 73rd ave as you are merging from Orral ave. the second collision just happened 45 minutes ago in front of my property almost totaling my vehicle and it needs to be looked into. This is a dangerous intersection that need to be correct with a traffic signal.
