At least 3 raccoons living in the vacant house next door again They are going in thru the chimney on the roof

Maude Lewis Trail, Parade St. side.
More often than not, not able to use because it's too dangerous when walking my dog on this trail. Can anything be done about this? IE: Cameras, patrol by city cleaner at least once a day to keep clean.

Garbage cansat the starrs road side of the trail are a eye sore missing part and not safe for kids.

Vacant building is unsightly and open to the elements

jagged metal sticking out of the ground where the trail meets main st (elm st), looks like a pole was cut off, accident waitin to happen

Building is structurally unsound with windows blowing out and floors collapsing.

Building is half renovated on the exterior and the other half has broken windows and is unsightly.

Retaining wall is falling over. People frequent this location all morning for market parking on Saturdays. High risk to individuals if it falls. It gets worse by the week.

Storm drain on the corner of Forest St and Park street is completely filled with gravel
