    The alley that runs parallel between Nokomis Avenue and the Rialto in the 900 block has developed significant washboarding. This results in poor drainage and persistent standing water. Give safety concerns with mosquitos and storm drainage I believe the city should consider grading this end of the alley to correct the issue. Specifically, this is in reference to the south end connecting with the Corso. And more specifically, it is worse at the 150 feet where the alley connects with The Corso at the south of the 900 block.

    Dangerous traffic, congestion with potential personal trauma and property damages.

    During the 39 month period of construction on the harbor bistro, it has reached its final stages and during the busyness of this process, the traffic was exponentiated resulting damage to a vehicle on an adjacent property. This corner has been an issue in the past but with a restaurant now delivering more food it is going to be a bigger problem and has already resulted in over $7000 damage to this vehicle. Some have suggested making it a one-way passage, only. What else can you do?

    Along Edmonson Road From Capri Isle Blvd to Brenner Park Dr there is a section behind homes along Strada D Oro that is over grown, has dead trees, old tires and misc. junk. Checking with the CofV it is city property. I'm requesting the area be cleaned up.
