    As of tonight, a new super bright white pole mounted light is on and is very distracting and annoying.

    It is installed on a very crooked telephone pole by the seawall on the north side of the marina property. It is super bright white light and is amined strait out shining southwest. Was never there until today.

    It is not like all the rest of the gators lights that are a amber warming color, hooded, and facing down. I am certian residents in Key Capri are gettng imapcted too with it shining right in their living and bedrooms.

    K&K Realty owns this property and continues to use it as a short term rental unit. This is at least the 15th rental this year. This has been reported several times yet continues to cause problems to all of the law abiding neighbors who have to deal with the parties and vandalism caused. Please uphold your regulations.
