4/20/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with drainage problems in rear of 2419 Brinkwood Dr has been inspected by Stormwater Management ( Request #20020769342 ) and on 5/27/2011, the Stormwater Management Team referred this location to the capital projects division. This location can not be addressed by maintenance being it excesses the scopes capable by the work group. A new ticket has been assigned. New # 20020774458 for CIP has been formally reported so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of length of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000.
