Description
A new 8ft fence has been erected around a property. It's my understanding that it can only be done up to a certain point on the property and the front should be no higher than 4ft. This fence obstructs the view to the intersection. This is a hazard because there is a problem in this area with motorist blarring thru the stop sign through through out the day.
