im glad someone opened this, as i was leaving the school down the hill, a bus was coming up and i couldnt stop as i was on an ice patch. I thought I was going to crash with my children....turned fast into the parking lot....was lucky i was at that spot!

Our children will probably be back to school tomorrow. I'm really hoping this problem will be resolved by then. It should NOT take an accident to happen in order for this to be addressed. Please remove the snow so our children, teachers and parents are safe!

Maynard Street is too narrow to be safe for buses to use....Please clean it up....
Understandably, we have had alot of snow, however, if the streets were properly plowed after the first storm, I do not think it would be such a problem...It was as tho the plows only did one sweep and did not clean the streets to their full width....

I was told by public works that they didn't have time or money for overtime or a place to put all the snow. I was almost hit head on and almost side swiped on many occasions, not even wide enough to pull out of my driveway, Maynard Street isn't the only road like that, try walking your kids to Spencer school you can't see the kids walking and the streets are so narrow the kids can't get out of the way of the cars, there's no room.
