The men from apartment #1 an older bald man with glasses and the only man in apartment #3 constantly smoke in the garage where you can’t even see through the smoke. The landlord has spoken to #3 from what i am aware and nothing has stopped. He was smoking in there this morning when i took my daughter to school. My asthma has gotten significantly worse. I have tried to talk to #3 and he doesn’t seen to care as he continues to smoke indoors. The following morning after speaking to him he was smoking again. He is not on the leasing agreement ( i am not sure if that matters). I have seen cigarettes also thrown in the trash can. No one here smokes 30 feet off the property. Which is a violation of out leasing agreement.
