The yellow light needs to be longer. Cars are CONSTANTLY running through this intersection when the cross-traffic walk signal has already changed to WALK. It is a pedestrian hazard.

This entire intersection—Church/Market/14th—would be an excellent candidate for a red light camera.

On top of the short light, you have pedestrians constantly crossing against the red light because the light is unpredictable.

No body every fixed it, in fact the entire intersection is worse than ever!! Who is doing the horrible planning? First the island on 17th street in the middle of the hill, then the islands on Roosevelt, now this intersection has been redesigned to annoy both pedestrians and drivers. You are ruining the city one street at a time. Don't you do any research? What gives?
