Owner called to report that tree needs to be trimmed immediately as she has a handicap sign in front of home and the limbs are blocking the sign. Limbs are so far down that they are blocking the residents from walking on the side walk. She has been calling every year. As a handicap person she feels its sad that she has to wait so long to have the city trees in front of her home trimmed.
