Description

The seawall lights are out from Channel Inn o Philip's. This creates a very dangerous walking environment on the seawall, especially during the evening. I've reported this multiple times over the past few months and no action has been taken. I'm thinking I may need to contact Tommy Wells if this is not addressed soon.
