The bike lane on Davidson street has been littered with broken glass for several weeks and is almost unusable.

Whoever reported this, why not just get a broom and fix it yourself? It would solve the problem and you would get a warm glowing feeling. This is a little different than paving or other things ordinary citizens can't do.
