Description
On Hatcher Street (especially in the new ditch) and along both sides of the short stretch called Newton Road, there is trash on the ground (presumably tossed from windows, even though there are litter fine signs right there). Please have these two streets cleaned up for the holidays. Thank you.

If you report an issue on Richmond's Report Priority Issues page (http://www.richmondgov.com/Mayor/ReportPriorityIssue.aspx), you are directed to SeeClickFix.
I reported trash along the side of Newton Road and Hatcher Street on 11/23 when it was acknowledge by a Verified Official (according to the SeeClickFix page https://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/3071856).
Does it really take over a month to clean up litter (video here https://youtu.be/G5qbYv94t_0)?
I only report this because this tree-lined stretch of road with hills, curves, a train overpass and a downtown skyline view., is one of the main gateways to our otherwise beautiful city from the east (Henrico being just on the other side of the train overpass).
