Hi again. The missing section of curb allows stormwater and snowmelt running down Depot Street to flow right onto and flood 216 Lake Street private property. You can see in this pic it flows straight down Depot Street and then gushes over 216 Lake Street property until it meets the sidewalk on Lake Street.
