Mrs. Woodard called with concerns over the drainage on her property that stems from snead road to brinkwood. From speaking to her, she claims that it floods when it rains on her property and that she sent numerous complain to the city for a while. She has sent in a written correspondence to public utilities. She is 94 years old. Can we send an engineer or surveyor to her property?
