Mr Willis, It's one of the super hottest illegal dumping site in Oaktown. If cops willing to stakeout they can easily catch a bus load of illegal dumping people in within week.

I really agree!! The police should stake out that corner to see who is dumping their stuff there. The city will soon clean up that corner and just as quickly will another pile appear. That's sad the neighbors and neighborhood let alone the Vietnamese restaurant all have to bear the brunt of this type of callous behavior.
