I am not sure if this is legal, but it sure is frustrating. The property has a garage that they do not use for parking. Instead the owner uses the spot, where the curb cut, as his own personal parking spot. If that is the case, I feel that spot should be fair game for anyway. I have seen him tow other cars away from the front of his garage just for him to park there himself. I am not sure everyone's feeling on this but if the garage is not used for a car, it should become a legal spot for all - not just the owner. I do not have a garage, but this makes me want to put in a curb cut and a tow sign in front of my house so I can have my own personal spot.
