Deskripsyon

The stop sign on Northbound Concord Ave at Tilghman St needs an extra sign on the post to warn that oncoming traffic does not stop. It is dangerous to have cars turning in front of you at speed when you expect them to stop. For that matter, Tilghman St doesn't have a stop either, and that also merits a warning for NB Concord drivers going straight. Maybe the sign shoul say 1-way Stop.

Tilgmnan St actually does have a stop sign, but you'd never know it sometimes by watching the traffic. Still, it is unsettling when you are on Concord and oncoming cars are turning across your path when you think they have a stop sign like you do.

All we need is a simple sign added under the stop sign, one that says "opposing traffic does not stop."

Obviously, the right people in Chester are not reading this, or they just don't care. It would be NORMAL for any other community to add a sign that says "Opposing traffic does not stop."
