Descrizione

The small brick house at 185 Pelham Road across from Trinity School, at the intersection with Mt. Etna Road, is overgrown with weeds. We also see some old bags of cement and other things scattered on the property. House may be unoccupied, but not sure. Families walking by this house each day to Trinity school want it cleaned up.

Why don't the 'neighbors' and others that are complaining ASK the owner or occupants if they would like help getting the property in order. We don't know what their situation is or why. I'm sure there are many 'skilled' folks out here who could help fix this situation up in a jiffy!

As of last week, the problem has been fixed for now. The house itself is still in pretty bad shape but its up to the homeowner to fix up the house.

I walked pass this house last week in my effort of walking longer & farther. I saw the bags of cement and other debris laying around the front of the house. While there is no doubt that it is the responsibility of the landlord-owner to keep up w/ the property, I still contend that there must be something wrong here why the property has been so run down for so long. That being said, I still stand by my previous comment above.

The home owners seem to have reoccurring issues with keeping the property tidy, but the most recent issues with overgrowth are fixed.
